- Service quality and timeline can vary depending on the destination, courier coverage, weather, public restrictions, and package profile.
Shipping Estimates and Charges
- Courier delivery charges are estimated from the selected city and zone during checkout.
- The amount shown during checkout is an estimate and may change after package weight, quantity, or exact location is reviewed.
- If pricing is revised, the order record will reflect the current payable total.
Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free shipping is available only for eligible Kathmandu Valley addresses when shown by the platform.
- Free-shipping orders may take up to 7 business days depending on order quantity and delivery location.
- Free shipping is not guaranteed for all addresses in Nepal.
Address Requirements
- Customers must provide accurate address details so we can estimate delivery and fulfill the order.
- Some orders may require city and zone selection before checkout can continue.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information may delay delivery or require support follow-up.
Order Processing and Packaging
- Orders are reviewed after placement and may be repriced before the final payment window opens.
- Orders do not need to be fully paid at checkout in the current order flow.
- If packaging starts before online payment is completed, the order continues as Cash on Delivery.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
- Packaging and shipment updates become visible after fulfillment activity starts.
- Tracking details are shown where available from our operational flow or courier partner records.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
- Delivery can be delayed by incomplete address details, customer unavailability, courier issues, weather, or operational backlog.
- If we cannot complete delivery using the provided details, our team may contact you for clarification.
