Delivery Coverage
- We deliver across Nepal.
- Estimated delivery time is 0–8 business days, depending on destination, courier coverage, weather, public restrictions, and package profile.
Shipping Charges at Checkout
- At checkout, you will see the shipping charge and payable amount before you place a new order.
- Courier shipping charges are determined from the delivery address, selected delivery option, and package or courier weight slab where applicable.
- Your order details page shows the shipping fee included in the current payable amount recorded for the order.
Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free shipping is available only for eligible Kathmandu Valley delivery addresses when shown at checkout.
- Free-shipping orders may take up to 7 business days depending on order quantity and delivery location.
- Free shipping is not guaranteed for all addresses in Nepal.

Payment and Delivery
- Cash on Delivery is the primary payment option shown during checkout.
